Services

We provide website design, development, AI integrations, automation, and digital marketing. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing for each project.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely content (text, images, branding, access credentials)
• Review deliverables promptly during agreed revision windows
• Ensure you own or have licensed all materials you supply

Fees & Payment

Fees are stated in proposals or order pages. All payments are due per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Revisions

Included revisions are defined per package. Additional revisions are billed at our standard rates.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final, custom-built creative deliverables. We retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks, code libraries, and pre-existing materials.

Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins, AI APIs). Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their downtime or policy changes.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided 'as is.' We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 7 days of notice. Fees for work completed remain due.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
