Payment Terms

Accepted Methods

Stripe, PayPal, Square, ACH/bank transfer, and major credit cards. Crypto and other methods only by prior agreement.

Currency & Taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales taxes are your responsibility.

Payment Schedules

• Pay-in-full — single payment before delivery
• 50/50 — 50% deposit, 50% on completion
• Two payments — split into two equal installments
• Monthly maintenance — billed in advance each cycle

Late Payments

Invoices unpaid 7+ days past due accrue 1.5% monthly interest (or maximum legal rate). Work may be paused until paid in full.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to recover collection costs.
