Hosting Disclaimer

When you purchase hosting or managed services from us, the following terms apply.

Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime through reputable infrastructure providers, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.

Backups

Automated backups are taken on a regular schedule. You are encouraged to maintain your own copies of critical content.

Acceptable Use

No illegal, infringing, or harmful content
No spam, phishing, or malware
No excessive resource use that affects other clients
No prohibited categories (adult content, gambling without license, etc.)

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate hosting for non-payment or violation of acceptable use, with notice where reasonably possible.
