Ownership Policy

We believe you should own what you pay for.

What You Own

Upon full payment you own: the final website design, the project's custom code, all written copy we produced for you, and any images we created exclusively for the project.

What You License

Stock photography, third-party fonts, paid plugins, and AI-generated assets are licensed for use in your project under the relevant provider's terms.

What We Retain

We retain ownership of underlying frameworks, internal tools, reusable code components, and pre-existing templates that we may use across projects.

Portfolio Rights

We may display the project in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
