Refund Policy
We stand behind our work. This policy explains when refunds may be issued.
Custom Services
Because website, AI, and automation services are custom and time-intensive, deposits and completed milestone payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND before any design, development, or strategy work has started, you may request a full refund.
Partial Refunds
If a project is canceled mid-way, you will be billed for hours worked and materials produced. Any remainder is refundable.
Subscriptions & Hosting
Monthly maintenance and hosting fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time and service will end at the close of the cycle.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any issue directly.
