Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
No Indirect Damages
We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.
Cap on Damages
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 6 months preceding the event.
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you provide, your use of the deliverables, or your violation of these terms.
