Submitting a Notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent including:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the material to be removed and its URL
Your contact information
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same level of detail.
